The Stonelands

The Orc-hold

In early Ches of the Year of the Shield, the three adventurers makes a sortie into the Stonelands. Their target is an orc-hold in the north part of the Stonelands, in the center of the southern part of the Desertsmouth Mts.
On their way there, they encounter Garamtos - Spawn of Grinnsira the ancient. They slay the dragon, but the battle was only narrowly won.
The next day they meet with Li Fendicol (a silver dragon) and his two companions. They learn some information about Grinnsira, and that she is a wyrm. They are told to be careful about boasting of the slaying of Garamtor, but that Grinnsira will not seek revenge for her spawn´s slaying.
The band travels more stealthy westward after their meeting with Fi, and almost immediately they come upon a Zhentarim caravan. Callista manages to destroy the food for the heavily guarded caravan, and they follow the caravan up to the hold.
For three days they spy on the orc-nest, using farscry spells and by watching the entrance. Carefully, they plan their attack. When the attack is made, they completely clears out the hold in one hour. They kill over 100 orcs and several Zhentarim agents.
When the band returns to Shadowdale, where they are met by Relumar. Relumar is a reclusive mage who lives in the Desertsmouth Mts, and he is quite powerful. They are rewarded by Relumar for their victory over the Zhentarim, although he gives them personal gifts out of friendship.
